Gotu kola P.E Asiaticoside Madecassicoside 积雪草甙 积雪草提取物 积雪草总甙 积雪草甙、羟基积雪草甙、积雪草酸、羟基积雪草酸有以下药理作用： 1、美容：有抗氧化作用，祛除老死角脂层，促进皮肤的新陈代谢，增加皮肤的弹性及光滑，补充营养素。[5] 2、保健作用：保肝、排毒与清除体内废物，提高肌体的抗氧化能力，能破坏或者杀死某种致病的微生物。抗辐射，抗疲劳，抗突变。改善骨质疏松。促进妇女的生理平衡，延缓衰老，减轻情绪紧张与精神抑郁。调节免疫功能，改善血液循环特别是大脑供血，改善记忆，健脑。改善贫血,促进睡眠，改善肠胃功能。[4] 3、减肥：降低胆固醇，清除多余脂肪与降低超重，调节大脑的神经递质，补充大脑神经中枢的 营养。[5] 4、对皮肤组织的作用：积雪草甙能治疗皮肤溃疡，如顽固性创伤、皮肤结核、麻风等［６］。对小鼠、豚鼠、兔肌肉注射或皮下植入时可促进皮肤生长、局部白细胞增多、结缔组织血管网增生、粘液分泌增加、毛和尾的生长加速等。 5、调节免疫功能：患者口服积雪草甙片（6mg），每次3~4片，每天3次，服药后可抑制自身抗体的形成，降低免疫球蛋白，改善细胞免疫功能[7]。 6、抗菌：体外抗菌实验表明，积雪草对金黄色葡萄菌、溶血型链球菌、各种痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌均有抑制作用。积雪草甙治疗麻风病，有人认为其作用溶解细菌的蜡膜从而使其被其他药物或机体防御机能所消灭[8]。 7、抗溃疡：积雪草煎剂60克（生药）/kg、30克（生药）/kg十二指肠可分别抑制大鼠幽门结扎溃疡和应激性溃疡[9]。胃分泌研究表明，积雪草煎剂30克（生药）/kg，十二指肠给药，可抑制幽门结扎大鼠的胃酸分泌，但胃分泌量增加。胃运动研究结果表明十二指肠给予积雪草煎剂10g（生药）/kg对大白鼠在体胃运动有抑制作用。离体实验表明，积雪草对大鼠离体胃运动亦有抑制作用。 8、对中枢作用：刺激中心神经系统，从而改善记忆和抗疲劳。积雪草甙对小鼠、大鼠有镇静、安定作用，主要是对中枢神经系统中的胆碱能系统的影响；醇提取物无镇痛作用。大剂量对小动物有镇静作用。 Helps prevent Varicose Veins/Hemorrhoids :The circulatory improvement occurs ,because gotu kola decreases vein hardening, improves the connective tissue around veins, and helps the blood to flow throug Overcoming stress and fatigue: Gotu kola contains contains sedative and an abundance of "anti-stress" B vitamins, this kind of vitamins can be effect in relaxing body.
